PENGARUH METODE LATIHAN DISTRIBUTED PRACTICE DAN MASSED PRACTICE TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN PUKULAN BACKHAND SMASH PADA PERMAINAN TENIS MEJA

This study aims to determine the difference in effect of distributed practice and massed methods on backhand smash skills table tennis. research is experimental with type Quasi Experimental research. The design used this was a two-group pretest-posttest design. population were athletes from several tennis clubs total number 40 athletes. sampling technique technique, where all members are as samples. sample then divided into 2 groups each consisting 20 group. Data analysis T-test at significance level = 0.05. results indicate that method has better than skill, p value 0.015 (P <0.05).
